pasty chicken korma

Ingredients:
skinless chicken: 1kg
yogurt: 1 cup
lemon juice: 2 tea spoon
sugar: 2 tea spoon
onion slice: 1cup
garlic pest: 2 tea spoon
ginger pest: 2 tea spoon
chilli powder: 2 tea spoon
cumin + coriander powder: 4 teaspoon
garam masala powder: 2 tea spoon
vegetable oil: 1cup
fresh milk: 1 cup
fried onion: 1 cup

methods:
firstly you have to thoroughly wash the chicken and cut in medium sized pieces. Now put oil in the frying pan and keep the heat in medium. then put the onion slices and stir it until golden brown. Now add the chicken pieces and also add the rest of the spices. After 5 minutes add plain yogurt and stir again and add fresh milk and cooked more 10 minutes in low heat. finally, add lemon juice and sugar serve with fried onion.
